We had to find a tube.Folks, I present to you the single most fragile accessory I own, the Great Mazinger Thunder Break effects piece! It’s thin! It’s jagged! It’s made of hard plastic! It feels like its’s just WAITING for a chance to snap.
I’ve had Mazinger for about three weeks, and I spent about 15 of those very carefully deciding what surface to put it on before Cathy found a clear plastic tube to keep it in and protect it. Even then I’m keeping it in a safe place.
It pegs onto a special pointing hand that comes with him and it works fantastically well and looks great. And it has to be the way it is to work the way it doess. But goddamn is it scary to have just out and about.
Once again I have to use Power Rangers monsters for monster fights because they’re really the only rubber suit style monsters I own. Or am likely to own.
