CLEAR!So, the general rule for Spidey villains is that if I’m not familiar with them on account of them on account of them having been introduced in the past 30 years or so, it depends entirely on how cool they look. And at regular price, Cardiac was a pass. A narrow pass, but a pass nonetheless.

Anyway, apparently Cardiac was introduced in 1991 and is, in fact, a doctor turned supervillain by the for-profit health care system. He’s blue and white and has EKG deco and a big staff with a blue electric ball on the end. Which Kimchi LOOOOVES by the way. He’s sharp and well done but is basically a Meets Expectations fig from Hasbro so $12.50 was perfect.
