The next three figures tell a sad, sad tale.I didn’t buy a Marvel Legends Wonder Man because I wanted a Marvel Legends Wonder Man. I bought a Marvel Legends Wonder Man because I had the right fist and open hand from Puff Adder, and I wanted the left ones.
I wanted them for my first-ever for real custom figure project, which I’ll be collaborating with my partner on in early 2025. I put all four hands, and the head I was going to use, in a Ziplog bag to keep them safe.
That bag has been missing for three weeks.
I’ve replaced the head via eBay and that way I can also use it for the original figure if it turns up, but it’s been maddening. And now I have a Wonder Man and no Puff Adder hands.
Now, there’s nothing WRONG with this Wonder Man figure. It’s actually quite nice. And it was only twelve dollars. And it works with Normie Squad. The two figures I got along with Wondeer Man were ALSO nice at a twelve buck price point - mainly for free shipping.
But I don’t really know Wonder Man and I certainly don’t know this weird safari jacket version. So I had to look him up and I found a panel where he lifts the Destroyer Armor over his head, and hey, I have a Destroyer! So there’s the pic.
