GOT: The Former Mariah May

 “What makes you think that I’ve forgotten?”

Look, I’m never going to understand why Mariah May would choose to go straight from one of the all-time greatest feuds in the history of professional wrestling to be a Temu knockoff bit player in NXT. People make choices all the time.

But I was still gonna get the Mariah May figure because that year or so, she was the other half of something incredible. (Let’s not get into actual percentages here, that’s not fair to anyone.)

And I had to recreate my favorite wrestling moment of 2025, the end of Toni Storm’s amnesia arc, where, after a brutal beatdown by May, she rips off her outfit and delivers a promo that still gives me chills. It’s so good and so powerful. And by “recreate” I mean “reinterpret” because this is a Mariah May gotchapic so I wanted her face-on, so I flipped the positioning. And I wanted Toni in the jacket which means her arms can’t move. Fuckin’ Rubber Jacket Club.

Mariah is a solid 7.5 on the Jazwares Effort Scale. It’s a good recreation of her most common gear, a few nice overlays  go a long way to keep it from looking entirely sculpted/painted on. The hair is too monochromatic - it looks like toy hair and not action figure hair if that makes sense. She comes with a couple hands and a title and this MIGHT be my first iteration of the newer larger women’s belt.

And it’s the only figure we’ll ever get of her so it kind of doesn’t matter how good it is.
