CHOMP.So, with the recent decision to be all in on GI Joe Classified animal buddies, I went poking around the internet for a Croc Master, who, I thought, I’d been passing up on shelves for most of the past year.
Found a third party seller with it on Walmart’s site for retail or a bit below, bought it, it arrived, I started playing it, and I was like “am I doing this collar right” and hit up a YouTube review from Robo… and it was a Fwoosh video. I looked at the date. Two years ago! So I guess I was lucky?
Fiona, the crocodile, is often mentioned as one of the best animal figures in a line known for animal figures, and you’ll get no argument from me on that front. It’s about as articulated as a croc this scale can be, beautifully sculpted and painted, and there’s even an aspect of the jaw that makes it look like it’s got the stretchy skin part.
Croc Master is fine but if I saw him on the shelf by himself I’d probably pass him up. He’s in that “drab” subset of Joe Classified dudes, where it’s all fine but also it’s all very green and brown.Comes with a collar, probably a gun and knife, and a jaw hooking thingy to go along with the whip.
Oh, and BABY CROCS, who are clearly interested in a piece of Gung Ho.
