When she sketch uses special effects, I get to use special effects!

All I did was make the flame blue and a little. I had a yellow effects piece that was the right size and shape but the wrong color.

Anyway, “Pete” here is pointing out that the Street Fighter II tournament Bison runs is wildly inefficient and fiscally irresponsible. Bison doesn’t take kindly to this.

Still have Blanka done and waiting to post, and need to set everything up now that I have the GLORIOUS Vega figure.
