JUNE IS WRASSLIN’ MONTH: Captain Lou Albano

June is shaping up to be a truly decadent month when it comes to toys, for a bunch of reasons, but also it’s turning into a VERY wrestling-heavy month, both in-hand and in the near future.

Now, technically, I bought this Captain Lou Albano during the last week of May, when I saw him on sale for $14 at Target, the only figure in a group of four Legends I gave a shit about, because the other three were a racist caricature, an actual racist, and Muhammed Ali, who’s certainly a decent person but not a figure I needed. But I’ll absolutely take a cheap Captain Lou.

First, he fits into Normie Squad, second, he’s Captain Lou, and third, I can approximate the Girls Just Wanna Have Fun video with GI Joe Classified Zarana as the closest thing I have to a 6” Cyndi Lauper.

Might have another plan for him in the future, but for now, there’s this, which is fun enough.
