You make me want a doop doop e doop.So, Marvel Legends Maximum Series has been kind of a dud so far. Maximum Spidey was good, even with a handful of flaws. Maximum Hulk was a hard pass on account of it being mostly parts from the Hulk I already had, and then Mximum Deadpool was fine except I already have all the Deadpools I ever will need.
But Maximum Deadpool came with a Doop. And Doop is like my strongest memory from when I was reading comics in the 2000’s, like X-Force and X-Statix. So I wanted a Doop. So I haunted eBay, waiting for someone to hit my price point of $15 shipped, and it happened, and now I have a little green blob with slightly articulated arms on a hoverstand. Don’t judge me.
The pic is the Shoop seen from Deadpool 1 because of the obvious rhyme but the Deadpool is my one comic Deadpool because Doop is comic Doop. He’s using Qinir’s lightsaber dagger hilt as a marker and it worked surprisingly well.
