ALL HAIL WARBOW, LORD OF THE GREEN BOYS!Translucent green is having a big fall at Hasbro. First there was Crystal Ball, then there was Ghost Viper and his wolf, and now Marvel Legends Warbow. I am led to believe that Warbow is either Crystar’s enemy or friend, from one of those odd 80’s toy lines that Marvel ended up making comics out of for a little bit. I dunno. He’s a clear green dude with a crossbow so that’s all I really need.
He’s mostly Meets Expectations from an engineering standpoint. Pretty standard Marvel Legends, nothing crazy. He comes with a crossbow and a bolt BUT. The crossbow is the gummiest, softest weapon I’ve ever gotten in a Marvel Legend and the very first time I tried to put the gummy grip in his hard platic hand the grip popped off. It was glued and it has been reglued so if I ever need to have him holding his crossbow we’ll see how that worked out. Otherwised he comes with a couple of hands and an Executioner build a figure arm and hand I will never need.
This picture is probably going to make me buy a throne because there are no good fantasy throne pics on the internet. This is a promo pic of the Super7 MOTU Bone Throne but there’s a Masterverse version I’ve had my eye on and only passed on because none of my MOTU figs can sit in a chair.
