Two things. First, I am old. Second, I am lucky.So, I knew, in my old brain, that there had been two six-arm Spider-Mans released by Hasbro. In my mind, there was a two-pack one, and then a single-pack release that they revamped and improved slightly. And I had the single-pack one on my “maybe get it” list because BigBad had it in stock, but then the Blue Bastards put the two-pack (with a fig you’ll see tomorrow) on sale for less than the single packed one, so I grabbed that instead.
And then did some research and lo and behold the two-pack one is the fixed one and the single-pack one I had my eye on was the older, shittier one. So victory!
I think this is Peter #14 for the collection? Anyway, he’s fine. Not quite the engineering of say a Spiral but not bad.
In other I Am Old news, I was alive during Hands Across America, and I have a lot of figs with a lot of hands. Okaetos was being a fussy little shit on shoot day and there wasn’t room for him anyway so he’s not even in this pic. In happy accident news, the old lady in red absolutely looks like “what the fuck am I supposed to do here?”.
