Bear back riding!I freely admit that despite my deep and abiding love of classic Spidey villains, sometimes they sneak past me. And when Grizzly went up for preorder, I didn’t realize he was a Spidey villain. Partly because the pics I saw showed him with the alternate Ursa Major head instead of the Dude In A Bear Suit head. But I rectified the mistake once I realized it and added him to the giant Spidey Stuff subcollection.
He’s a fairly bog-standard Hasbro Big Boy for engineering. He’s not breaking any new ground. Single elbows, single knees, diaphragm ball, not much neck. That said, all the joints have full range and utility, which isn’t always true in Big Boys, so I ain’t mad.
Accessories are top-notch multitaskers - a bar of gold, a messy pile of gold bars, a neat stack of gold bars, and a big bank money bag. Across the board useful.
For the pic, I went with a trio of my absolute favorite pose to do with a Spider - wrestling with one limb/body part of a Big Boy. So I got out my three core Spiders - Maximum Peter, and MAFEX Miles and Gwen. Background from PS5 Spider-Man 2 photo mode, I think it’s City Hall.
