I’m jjst saying his tool set is useless against fires.As a general rule, I do not fuck with the 60th Anniversary / Legacy sub-line of GI Joe Classified. They’re either generic soldiers based on the original 12” GI Joes or generic military and first responder types and frankly, in 2026, I ain’t adding much in the way of soldiers or cops to the collection. But the Firefighter? That’s got a great look and a pretty broad use case.
He comes with a ton of stuff, including breathing gear, Cacuasion and Black heads, a silver “you’ve just been through some shit” blanket, and then… hammers and axes. So many hammers and axes. Three axes and two hammers. And a Jaws of Life. I get it, a lot of this stuff they already had molded, but this isn’t a guy who wants to fight fires. This is a guy who wants to fight walls.
So I had him fight The Wall! One of the great regrets of my life was seeing custom The Wall figs people have made for Marvel Legends because there’s no way I’d ever manage to get one, but the classic Electric Company villain is a personal fave. Anyway, that was my whole process. Excising!
I really would have loved a nozzel and length of hose - just enough to get out of frame. And a water spray effect. That would have kicked ass. Axes are cool too though.
