Sometimes, shit just works out.When we were in Japan, one of the things I took pains to do was take a bunch of pccures of streets and buildings with a lot of empty space in the middle. This is a raming you almost never see in stock photos, but it’s a framing that’s SUPER helpful when dropping toys into it. And since I was there, and iCloud space is cheap…
So, yeah, I’ve been very slowly working on setting up pics like this. And this one worked out so good, because our Mini Brands capsule obsession extended recently to the Fill The Fridge line, which included a bottle of soy sauce. Which fit PERFECTLY into the hand of the Super7 Godzilla Minus One.
Also in Japan, we got some sets of bullet train chopsticks. Which also fit PERFECTLY into the hand of this Godzilla.
So then it was just a matter of a lot of painstaking masking. And using a low-absorbency oils brush in Affinity to add the soy saucee drips. I love this one.
