Everybody dance now!
So, as an “rteest”, I freely admit this is a cheat on a conceptual level. Obviously I could have had Mercedes doing a wrestle on someone but then I wouldn’t be able to show off the very nice glasses and letter knuckles that are in many ways the highlight of an otherwise Meets Expectations Jazwares figure.
So OK then that leaves us with the CEO dance. We throw in Luke Cage because he also has letter knuckles and The Gobbledygooker as a cheap gag. Boom done.
So yeah. This Mercedes gets 7.5 on the Jazwares Effort Scale. The sculpt is nice but it’s also reuse from the ripoff $50 ShopAEW exclusive debut figure that came with soft goods. She’s got the CEO tampo on the hair reflecting her debut look, I would have loved them to throw in some basic grips and fists hands to go along with the flat dance hands - not sure if ai have others that match the skin tone. But she’s fine, and does a better job being Mercedes Mone than the very weird Sasha Banks Elite I got off eBay last year.
