Meet you at the crossroads.Did this turn out the way I wanted? Not quite. The concept was the classic “duel with the devil at the crossroads” trope but the “devil” had to be a ninja and I have shockingly few figures that are actually ninja. And also the ninja is Satan?
I also wanted to do a more sepia filter on the toys but there isn’t a built in filter in Affinity and honestly I didn’t have the time to research the tutorials on how to do it manually so I fudged it. I also need to figure out a good way to “rough up” effects auras so that the edges have some randomness and texture to them instead the smooth outline feel.
I think it mostly gets the point across though.
