ACTION SEQUENCE1Skeletron is a very small indie toy company most konwn for 4” figures and the Roboskull, an incredibly awesome foot-wide skull spaceship that I wish I could have room for. But they do have a small line of 6” figures. Their first batch were basically one dude in three colorways and I got the Cylon-lookin’ one and it was great.
This past week they released two more, and I grabbed them both. First up is Cyberia, who’s a bit Ton, a bit Red Shadows, a bit Samus Aran, and all awesome.
Great poseability, although I have to say I’ve never cared about the lack of thigh and boot cuts as much as I did trying to get that last landing pose. Incredible detail, incredible accessories. The backpack has a remobvable drone with a clear/smoke stand that also pegs into the backpack so it “hovers” above her shoulder. Just fantastic.
The pic started because on Bluesky we were discussing the kind of articulation needed to properly pose riding a crotch rocket motorcycle and I was realizing that Cyberia’s movement with the drop hips and the deep ab crunch would be ideal. And it was. But you can’t show her off just riding a motorcycle.
I also realize that I think my subconscious was making a version of when I went over the handlebars of my bike three weeks ago that was way cooler than what actually happened to me.
